We do not share any information regarding your transaction that we obtain from third parties (including credit report information) except as needed to enable your transaction as permitted by law.

Non-Personal Identification Information Collection
While Fenix Global’s web servers automatically collect visitor domain names, they do not involuntarily collect personal identification information about visitors. The web servers gather information about the particulars of a visitor's visit through the Fenix Global website, such as the web page from which a visitor enters Fenix Global’s site, the pages within Fenix Global’s site visited, how long a visitor is on the site, and other such information that will help Fenix Global evaluate and improve its site.
Personal Identification Information Collection

Co-Sponsors or Co-Branded Products/Services
If a visitor provides personal identification information to Fenix Global through a co-sponsored or co-branded site or feature, the visitor may also be providing the personal identification information to the co-sponsor. The visitor will be made aware of this before the visitor submits the information and the visitor can decide whether or not to participate. In the event the visitor submits the personal identification information, Fenix Global shall not be responsible for the use of such information by the co-sponsor.
Unsolicited Email
Fenix Global does not send unsolicited "junk" email (spam). However, the company does use email to communicate with customers and respond to visitor inquiries, confirm orders placed online, and send information requested by visitors through the company's website. Any visitors receiving unwanted email from Fenix Global should contact the company and advise of their desire not to receive future emails and/or request removal from Fenix Global’s email list. As soon as reasonable practicable, Fenix Global will remove such visitor from the company's email list.
Cookies
Fenix Global’s websites may use "cookies" to improve the level of service to visitors. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to a web browser and stored on the visitor's hard drive.
